Cloudmist slowly padded into the strange, yet strangely familiar camp. She remembered this place, but not the cats. So much had changed since she was last here. Even the camp had changed. Was she really gone that long. She couldn't really remember. Cloudmist looked around, her fur ruffled up and her eyes clouded and dark. She could tell that the other cats were looking at her, wondering who she was, why she was in their camp. But she didn't mind if they were looking at her. Cloudmist's main focus was to get to Rainstar, if she/he was still leader, that is.

Rainstar slipped out of the long and dimly lit den. Her fur was silky, obediently looking smooth and silky, sleek up against her well-ly cut body, and her muscles rippled under her delicate figure. She wavered around the center, and then spotted why she was feeling like she had to do this. She saw someone, she barely remembered. That was a lie, though. The memories still existed, just had been pusshed to the farthest back of her mind where she chucked them to be forgotten. But she couldn't forget her former deputy.
"Cloudmist?" She didn't even try to hide the surprise that existed throughout her at this moment.

The old deputy half laughed, looking up at him with her cloudy eyes and fading vision. "Rainstar, it's good to see an old friend looking healthy," She croaked smoothing down her fur. Cloudmist's vision was fading, due to the horrible fox attack seasons before. "How is everything with you? Are healthy?" Cloudmist had asked her, sitting down, she looked up at her. She had pushed all the memories away, trying to stay away, though her longing for Darkclan had made her come back.

"Everything has been. . . Well enough," She said, taking the chance to inspect the cat before her. "But where have you been?" The impatience and curiosity hung warily in the air, and as much and Rainstar would easily like to deny it, she wanted to know. The curiosity the tingled was irrisistable, and when you can't beat it, join it, right?

Her paws shifted her weight to her left side, and sat down with her tail just curling above. She nodded expectantely at her ex-deputy- or rather, current, supposing that the cat would want her position back.

"I just needed a break from things, so much was going on in my life that I needed a break" she told her leader. "I'm hoping that you'll take me back as you deputy" Cloudmist added, looking at Rainstar, hoping she would be forgiven.
