Moonkit - Cream colored she-cat


Willowsong gasped with pain as the first kit came. Her body shook with effort and pain as the first kit slipped out. A she-cat. She licked the bundle of fur and saw her distinct brown face on her cream coat. It looked like a moon. MOONKIT! That would be her name. She pulled her closer and the kit began to suckle.

padded into the nursery. she heard that willowsong was having kits and she wanted to see willowsong after they were born. "willowsong! i see you've had your first kit. what is her name?"

Willowsong looked up happily at her leader. "Moonkit. See how she has the creamy brown circle on her face? That's why she's Moonkit." She licked her cream colored kit and nuzzeled her softly. "I don't know if there are more on the way."

Moonkit wriggled out of her mother's grasp when she heard another cat come in. Slowly she brought herself to her feet and bumped into a fuzzy foot. She looked up and stretched her eyes open looking at her leader. "H-Hi!" She tried out her voice smiling to herself. "Hi-Hi-Hi-Hi-Hi-Hi!" She started to tumble around her leaders feet walking around and around them, getting faster at every step.

Moonkit looked up at her leader stopping. "I'm goza be the bess warrior evar! Tilts her head happily Then runs again stumbling. "I WANT YOU TO BE MY MENTOR" She screeched happily.

Willowsong sighs a bit tiredly. SHe is boundless is'nt she?

smiled "very, but also very cute"

Moonkit yawned finally and crawled to her mother. Her tail still barley flikering she whispered, "Nite, Shininsta... Gonna be za bess wawwior evar... She stumbled over her words as she drifted off to sleep, curling up and softly snoring.

licked moonkit and willowsong comfortingly, then padded out of the nursery

Flicking her tail as goodbye, Willowsong also fell asleep.
